    most of them sit for more then 12 hours daily , 4 hours still less...

    My mom scolds if i sit for long.. Bt sundays are exceptional..Sometimes for 20hrs..:)

    yeah for a day , then its okay ... but he said sometimes ... gosh :shock: that can be really stressful ...
