^actually fatty, there is no relationship between suicides and homo***uality..its more of a myth. there are about 5000 adoles. suicides annually and yet it isnt determined how many of them are homo or not... so..yea there you have it.
To legalise Suicide is not a bad idea for sane ppl (atleast they know what they are doing) but for ppl with mental problems there is no logic at all 'cause they do'nt know wat decision they are taking. And to simply quoting above suggestion is not as easy to implement 'cause it's difficult to differentiate sane from insane....for that specialists will have to be appointed who will approve the proposal of the ppl to take their own lives ;otherwise somebody might murder you and claim it's suicide And where there is a commitee there is corruption so all in all if u want to die legally you might have to pay rs 1 lakh or so to ppl....and that fuks it all up. So easy way is if u are sane(nobody says i am insane) u shld write a suicide note and die...'cause if u think u r better off dead than living than it's kool. All in all there is no way out...if somebody have brighter options do share

I think, by mental disabilities, he means depression or one of the health problems leading to depression.
Depression isnt a mental disability though... its a disorder or something along those lines..but its not a mental handicap.
