Suicide by students

Shailesh sharma of IIT Kanpur, 4th year, student commits sucide
Reason :lesser grades
this is just an example .....every year 2-3 guys die ...seen it happning ...and for the same reason....
ye these small kid's in school's after Boards and all also commit sucide....
wht i belive is grades only tell how Gissu u r....
Do u think any thing can justify acts like suicide ?

I'll tell you something that justifies suicide, no more chocolate jammies.........it's horrible, horrible i tell ye.

 

Ahh, I remember this happened at IIT D too, in my 2nd year.. some Matka(MTech) jumped off the roof of a Hostel.

 

There's quite a possibility of not dying. :think:

 

Well, you come to IIT solely on basis of your academics.
Nothing else.

If you dont perform well academically, you can't help all this.
Whether you are ghissu or not.

Besides, your employer or research professor will only be interested in seeing whether you are indeed ghissu or not.
