After heraring the song after a long time, I decided to work this out on Guitar. Someone had posted Am and C pattern, which was wrong.

Here is the song in the original scale and accurate as far as I know. Any comments/corrections are welcome.

Thanks Sachin. The strumming pattern might vary according to how you sing this song. I was singing it more as a ballad with a slower tempo than how the original song goes. I mostly did downward strumming and did some fingerpicking in the middle. Try it out.
