Just the two chords...? I think no...
Because during the below phase of the song... chord change is absolutely necessary.

If you want to play this song in Am... Increase each chord by one full note... i.e.,

Replace Gm-Am, F-G, C-D, D#-F, A#-C and so on...

The Chords are out of Scale..It seems like F Maj Scale. D# and A# never comes in the scale of F..check it out again..If its F Scale then D# would be Dm and A# would be Am.

Dude.. To start with 'B' sounds incorrect in your progression yaar... atleast u can start with 'A#' ... But that also makes it incomplete.... I think 'Gm' is more accurate...

 

Lets say its in Gm Scale ...even then D# wont come in the scale.
The Scale for Gm is :

======= i ----- ii ----- III ----- iv ---- v ---- VI---- VII
======= Gm -- Adim -- Bb ----- C ---- D ---- Eb --- F

The Scale for F Major is:

======= I ----- ii ----- iii ----- IV ---- V ---- vi---- vii
======= F ---- Gm --- Am ---- Bb ---- C ---- Dm -- Edim


and by the way I haven't seen using D# anywhere...and you'll find most of the Bollywood songs on Major Scale...even most of them are on C Major scale...

And the chords you have posted Gm and F sounds perfect...but when it comes to the part..
Jao Na..I m little bit confused with the sound of Dm
