Hi, I want to record a track, where I am gonna be playing the Rhythm, Lead, Bass and Drums. So I was thinking it's better to hire a simple 8 track studio for recording. Any idea where can I find a simple and also cheap 8 track studio. There are some reasons why I dont want to do it as home recording. I am pretty poor at mixing and editing. I tried it a couple of times and the result was disastrous. Mic-ing the drums is tedious job. So I thought it's better left with the Sound Engineer to do it. Any pointers to Studios and also ideas about how much would it cost. Please dont direct me to some movie sound labs and rip me off.
