i have a gb&a accoustic guitar ..the 3 string wears out and breaks on the second fret any idea why this happens . in 2 days time when i put the new string and 2 days of play this happens help
something wrong with the fret maybe there is something wrong with ur fret tilt the guitar and look over the bridge at the fret. or u probably had a bad string
usually when a string wears out (esp the 3rd string) near the frets it is usually because of poor quality strings......... buy quality strings.......i had the same prob and it was solved by changing the strings to a higher quality.......... cheers! :beer:
