Stick thread???

i know it might soud stupid to most of you but what is a sticky thread?
and how can i rep anybody?

 

A sticky thread is one which stays at the top of the respective forum, that is, which "sticks" to the top, even if no one has replied to it in a while.

You can rep someone by clicking on the star at the bottom left corner of their post. I'm sure you'll know what to do after that
