Why can't it be Dudley man..it's very possible..Rem His mom is Harry's maternal aunt? It's really possible..But if it is, I'll Kill Asmodeus!!

But Dudley has no trace of magic in him has he? Even if a wizard is half-blood, he has to be a wizard. And a half-blood has one of his parents a wizard, but both Vernon and Petunia are muggles. It doesn't matter whether Lily was Dudley's aunt.

 

Voldemort can't be J.K Rowling said so. She said not Harry nor Voldemort...
