SPEED Exercises To Play Guitar Faster

Why can't I ??

 

this is something that has eluded me since i saw the guitar duel in the movie crossroads ...

there is more .. but play this first at the actual speed ... its a nightmare .. no matter how fast i am .. i just cant do this ..
