Is he he dark guy...the other guy is pretty polite and easy to talk to (i think his name is Raj)...this guy pisses me off to the core though. When i gave my S series floyd for a setup the guy could'nt even get the bridge to stay parallel to the body plus the tone knob does'nt work anymore..a wire is cut off. I'll have to solder it myself now.
Gotta check out world of music place though...
