Skype announced this week that customers using its Internet phone service can now have access to voicemail. The company has been beta testing the voicemail service since April. Voicemail subscriptions are available for about 5 Euros for 3 months or 15 Euros for one year.

Customers subscribing to the voicemail service can leave or receive an unlimited number of voicemail messages from other Skype users. SkypeIn beta customers can also receive voicemail messages from ordinary fixed or mobile phones.

They've included the same calling thing in the new Yahoo Messenger. Haven't used it though.
