Good lad, saving up that 30k. Respect.

    1. Processor and amp for sale : https://indianguitartabs.com/showthread.php?t=44477
(you can get both in 10k). This combo won't give you THE ultimate tone (you'll notice it as your ears grow experienced over the years), but it's definitely very versatile and usable for a beginner. Lots of effects, bazillions of sound options. And you can line out the processor for gigs, and line in to the amp for bedroom practice. Good if you want to do a lot of different bands' covers, not for you if you want to start off with looking for your own sound.

    2. Another alternative is (which won't involve my stuff being sold, but it's something good and unique), get a Laney Cub 8/Cub 10 or a Vox AC4TV (try for the 10" speaker version if buying the Vox). You'll become the first IGTian with a decent amp to start with. If you perform and volume is of a concern, mic it for a while, and you can even get extension cabs for them. Better tone, but lesser versatility compared to #1.

    4. Usual Suspects Guitar List -
If you want a cheap and good...
    Strat : Yamaha Pacifica 012/112 (I'd recommend 112)
Les Paul : Greg Bennett Avion series. AV3 is common but not that great, AV6 and 7 are real nice.
SG : Greg Bennett Torino series. TR3 onwards are good.
Super strat : Look at an Ibanez RG/SA/S, Schecter Damien and Omen are nice too.
Telecaster : Squier ones, Greg Bennett Formula FA3 onwards.
7 string super strat : RG7321, Schecter Damien 7, Schecter Omen 7. Only three guitars in this price, but as with the rest of this selection, with upgrades, they're pretty good.

    I wish you luck.

^copy n save the post above...
@starter: negotiate with ultrabot fr his processor, dat stuff is really good fr a beginner to start with. N disturbed's guitar.
And dont just get a guitar n amp, do get a multifx processor, as u r just startin up, dat'll help u learn a lot of things...

    try some used gear!
    Guitar:

    Processor and Amp:
    https://indianguitartabs.com/showthread.php?t=44477

If you do not want used gear:
in your budget: you'll get a decent guitar and a decent amp, but you'll have to wait for a decent processor. Boss GT-10 will eat up all your budget alone, so drop that.

Greg Bennetts are good guitars and works well with rolands.
Epiphone LP Special II can be one option in your budget.
Try zoom for processors. I recommend a roland amp.

It goes for 5.9k @ bajaao.com, i bet it will be cheaper(a couple hundred bucks atleast) at the regular mom n pop stores.
