get a yamaha s700 but it will cost 10k alone
to record acoustic guitars you need a good condenser sadly good ones cost a bomb you can get away with a sm57 -5k and i hope you have a recording interface if you dont a good one costs 12k min i.e apogee one
either increase your budget or hahaha

With 10K you can get a setup for home recording.
However, you may not be able to brag about it.

You can get acoustic guitar for about 5-6K.
Forget about amp, and get a microphone for 3-4K.

Why would you need an amp when recording acoustic? Want to shake the whole building?

i can get ypu a new acoustic for 1800 the question is how playable will it be? a good mic i.e a sm57 will set you back by 5k
i would suggest going to a shop trying the guitar i suggested and then try a 2k givson pic the one which sounds best to you

No on is talking about 1,8K level guitar.
But at 5-6K acoustic guitar are definitely playable as well as sweet sounding.

Only if you have golden ears, then the inexpensive gear may sound jarring to you. (And in most cases its only because you can see the brand name).

And for microphone, forget about Shure SM57. Its not the only microphone in this universe.
You can get a lot of other microphone which are not used in studios just because SM57 and SM58 are fashionable, and you can't brag about other brands.

Two names that come to my mind immediately are Nady and Audio-technica.
