Haha well, disillusionment adds about 10 years! Sadly, I don't play enough...my guitar skills have now become party tricks, I struggle to listen to new music and I definitely do not write anything anymore Can you imagine it's been about 20 years since the forum...it was a pretty special era and I think it is unimaginable now to expect to hold people's attention for as long as it did. The hours we (I) spent forming opinions, typing out responses and trying to change the world are fond memories. This was probably the 70s of the digital age <3
Looks like you are well employed then ... well the same ol' follow passion vs chase money. Agreed, 20 years is indeed a long time, and this forum was one of the few buzzing with activity. Now the action has moved to social media sites (mostly due to cheap smart phones and high mobile bandwidth) For the old times sake: Can we settle the debate on IGTian vs IGTer, what is the correct nomenclature?
I might be going out on a limb (twig) here but do you by any chance have any of the old recordings from here? I remember you were the only one who still had them some 10 years ago....and I was suddenly looking for stuff Id recorded and geocities and even soundclick has shut down!? D-:
