Could anyone help me out. I am going to be in Chennai next week and would like to purchase a guitar. I dont need anything real nice, just a reasonable accoustic. Does anyone know any shops in Chennai that i should check out. Also, how much should one pay for a lower quality guitar? Thank you.

u can also check out Musee musicals on Mount road(just before Devi theatre) or Saptasvara musicals in Mylapore...... For a reasonable indian made acoustic the price range wud be anything from 2000-3000...go for hobner or signature...good value for money... imported acoustics start from around 5-6K .....
