I need the CHORDS for the song "Lakshya Tou Har Haal Mein Paana Hai" from the movie LAKSHYA. ANyone who gets me the chords gets 200 points from me. The chords should be quite accurate and should cover the whole song.

The A# after G looks strange...but then its not my fault if Shankar Mahadevan could switch to A# from G
