dont try to hold your index finger too tight you just have to hold the 6th 2nd and 1st string arch the finger a litttle over the fret
For the start just try not to barre but just press the first fret of the small e and b string with your index finger. Use the other fingers normally. Its like this e-1l-----l-----l B-1l-----l-----l G--l--2--l-----l D--l-----l--3--l A--l-----l--3--l E--l-----l-----l :rockon: :rock:
