Punk Rock

Hey guys..
i want to know which are the best punk rock bands around...i mean ive heard blink 182 and i like them the best out of every punk band...all the small things is a cool song by them.....i dont like punk rock much but i want enhance my music library.....so any suggestions..
my fav bands are RATM and Iron Maiden

 

Sum 41, Good Charlotte, Blah Blah.

Don't listen to any of them. Se x Pistols, The Germs, The Clash, The Ramones. But considering you like B182 listen to the top 2

 

dude RATM and Maiden are NOT punk.In punk rock Offspring rules other bands
Greenday,Simple Plan,Good Charlotte,Sugarcult,Weezer,All American Rejects,
are gud enuf.Punk rock is quite saturated all the songs more or less sound the same and U'll get bored soon.

 

I have a karaoke version of "What's my age again" on which I record my voice time and again because I like to torture myself.

Hmm well, if you're into bnds like iron maiden..then u prbbly shud opt for the hrdcore punk..bands like bad religion; alone in a crowd, awkward thought, painstream, reagan youth, as i lay dying, and darkest hour.

However, if you liked blink then u could give bands like Reel big fish, sublime and catch 22 a shot.

 

if u like punk rock then listen to Green Day - my fav., good charlotte, simple

plan, fall out boy, korn, HIM, disturbed, the subways, gorillz (luv their Feel Good

Inc. song), system of a down(luv em'), american Rejects, my chemical romance,

and there lotsa other bands out there....

I Dont like all of blink 182 songs....i liked all the small things just that one...but put of all of the bands i heard they were the best...Plus i hav an episode of them on the simpsons with tony hawk...

not necessarily it has to be punk...but ive become bored of listening to the same type of metal,alt rock,classic rock again and again and now i want to explore other genres of rock..
whats the news of the indian rock scene?Any good band??
