I'm glad I dont go for raves!!! I've avoided free government hospitality!!

Its a shame though that a rave party with some chiller dope n drugs is made such a limelight event, while nobody does anything concrete on the vast farmlands of dope in Himachal. By what CNN-IBN showed about it..its pretty apparant offcials know about it, but are either not interested or unable to do anything about it...

Maybe the Ministry of Commerce accounts the charas production as precious agricultural contribution towards national GDP!!
