    one of my friends was telling me that hi5 isn't safe.
    and that it was on the news and everything.

    These kinda sites are Blocked in Dubai,qatar,saudia,...But there are Many Proxy Changer Softwares..which Hide's ur Ip and You can Open Any web :p:....

    well i just came back from bangkok
    youtube was blocked there as well.
    but it worked if u hit the back button
    theys said u werent allowed access (and to make it even more shitty it was all written in thai,so i thought i had violated something and stayed in fear of the police knocking on the doors.)
