well coz da arcade is not open all da time...to save bandwidth....wenever its open da admins put up an announcement on da portal page.....nd wrong forum btw....dis shud hav been in feedback... nice avatar dawg....
Like Cypher said, the arcade is not open everyday. Its opened only on certain days because of bandwidth issues. And whenever the arcade is open, the Portal page will carry a banner saying so. So, you'll just have to wait untill it is opened again.
