Prince of Persia Classic

I wanted the classic POP game.I downloaded it from a couple of sites but it has 2 problems:
1)Its black and white.
2)There's no save feature or password.
Now I can live without the colours but I need the save/password function (and they used to have it).
Does any1 know where to get that POP?
Or is there a shortcut key to save DOS games(since I don't know much about DOS)?

Finding the game wiv the save feature is gon be one heck of a tough job.

 

why do u need Save man! I remember thoseold days - i used to start the game and finish it the same day :grin: And u can always use cheats and move ahead thru the levels if u get bored/stuck/otherwise !

 

I just wanted to know if any1 at IGT knew a link/had the old game (with the save)...
btw the classic Shift + L cheat isn't really useful,it leaves you with only 15 mins and allows to proceed only upto level 4.

 

dunno abt that, i used to type in 'prince megahit' instead of prince at command prompt n that worked pretty well.. dont rem much but i know 'K' kills those prison guards...

but i always used to fight the fat guy who used to be at level 5 (i think)

Hello! u run prince from dos prompt using the master code "megahit"

C:\> prince - megahit

u can hit ctrl L as many times as u want...u can increase life, alter time (+ or -) , kill ppl , kill urself, float, get magic potion, increase ur life as much as u want and more...... wake up man!

 

Its megahits I guess and not megahit ..

Plus You can jump to any stage by typing F:\prince\5 megahits

5 being the stage ..

 

I don't use cheats.period.

 

Well after a lot of efforts I got the game with colours and "Save".I got a nitendo emulator and the prince game for it.

Have you played the version of POP where he has to Hang on to a Ship leaving the port by taking a leap in the End .. ?

yeah i hate tht Prince 2, coz i never got into the ship ever

U shud play the better ones frm PoP - Sands of Time, and there was one more tht i cant recollect the name.....

 

There's this 3D POP who's review I had seen on Gamer TV .. Awesome man!
