you can dude .. use a microphone ... it should be clear enuf ....
at the very basic .. the mic and the windows sound recorder will provide a wav file.... convert to mp3 n send it over .. :)

    good stuff dimebag.

    here r some of mine:
    https://vorlon.cwru.edu/~jayen/J/propelled by reason.mp3

I jammed over an already existing demo in propeller head reason. The guitar track is my improv jam, which i played on a keyboard korg karma :D cause i cant play lead well - yet only rhythm :p

here is a work in prog compo of mine in which i lost interest :S (please turn on the subwoofer.. bass is my fav track on this one)

    https://vorlon.cwru.edu/~jayen/deven/sex in the attic 4.mp3

Here is a compo from my pune college band guitarist and a very close friend of mine:

    real guitars this time :)

  10. the recordin on the first one was pretty neat...
but didnt dig the guitar tone too much...sounded kind of too processed..i dont know maybe its only my ears..can u post the backin track??ill try to jam on that one and post it..
didnt listen to the second one..
the third one kind of reminded me joe sats top gun theme..
i didnt like the tone again....sounds too muck like synths..the recordin is pretty cool again..
well ....criticize my playin too..thats how well probably improve..
ill post some bluesy stuff later..
    cheers

the guitars on propelled by reason and sex in the sttic are done on a keyboard :) korg karma.. thats my latest fav toy and my new hobby is to try and play realistic guitar leads and rhythm on the keyboard.. and i dont think i am even close to being successfull.. but its possible these days with the advanced keyboard controllers u get, u can program touch, after touch to imitate dynamic factors like harmonics.. muted dist rhythm powerchords.. etc.. and then play live.. i am not talking about sequencing stufff.. aim here is to be able to play the keyboard luve like a rock guitar.. I will get there someday :)

But listen to some real guitar stuff form my ex band DM5

    listen to https://vorlon.cwru.edu/~jayen/amazon/DM5/RockSin.mp3
    and https://vorlon.cwru.edu/~jayen/amazon/DM5/17 - Its a Sin.mp3
    live version of the same.

lead guitars by tom tseng, rhythm and bass - mat pattara vocals by lance zeilinski and i am the producer and keyboard player in these tracks. studio version was recorded on a pc with digidesign digi001, and protools le 5.1 a few years back.

  12. lol...ur gettin there...i didnt read ur post too welll..or i must have been drunk when i posted it
listenin to the dms stuff ..the first link and typin at the same time..
    hmmmmmmm....nice .....diggin the beginnin.....
ooo....dude the intro sounds kinda familiar...is it a rendition of a song...im guessin its not an original...
nice vocals.....a little weak at places but pretty cool voice..
didnt dig the guitar tone on the solo again...its definitely my ears i think coz im sober rite now....hmmm the bendings slightly off...im working on it rite now too and it seems to be a pain in the arse...
the keyboard works pretty cool. ..guessin u were a pretty dominant member in the band...
kind of remindin me of europe...
ummm didnt like the portion which went dhikchik takchik dikchik takchik...hahahahahahahh....

Which piece is that? sounds cool... nt a big fan of yngwie. What's your amp settings?

  14. even i dont remember..lol..i had picked it up quite a while ago..
well most of it was improvised..barring the melody and the diminished run..
well this was not the best tone ..i thought i had it set up properly but mid way i realised i forgot to set it properly..did it make sense..
any way the amp settings which i normally use is
    volume-2
    mids-3.5
    base-4
    high-4.5

processor settings..coz o dont have a decent pedal
    gain-7.3
    mids-5.3
    treble-6.3
    bass-4.3
    level-8.3
main level-depends on the output i want ..
im givin u my tone secret...u owe me one..
it took me a while to get this patch..
    but sounds cool..
    i read somewhere u have ax100g..
use the us hi gain..thing and then set it up..
i hate the metal tone on that processor..

I think i recorded it about a year ago..
played collective soul december on my dean acoustic.. happened to have the record button on...
then added other tracks.. my drummer vivek aka vivaldo said he wanted to sing.. never heard him sing before.. was truly surprised by the results..
then after a month or so he wanted to patao a girl , i was like i need to spice up his recording.. so made a hip hop and a jazz remix :p:
    here they r:
