    Who is 'our'?:)
    Its actually reasonably easy to get upto 15-20 nots a second.
    For example, play this on the e string:
    19-17-15-14-12
    T
    rh2 4 3 2 1 (fingering)
    Don't tell you cant play this 4 times in a second (a second is much longer than you think).
