Posers who claim to be ROCK bands

hey guys..
we been writing abt some great bands and their music.. i feel there should a thread to SCREW & FCUK those who claim to be ROCK bands.. Name the ones you feel are not fit to be called rock bands.. be loud.. speak ur mind..
i really hate SUM 41 and Nickelback.. hey what abt avril lavinge? :-0
 
yes sir.. it was me.. hey i started out with LP.. and i'm stil loyal to it.. but but i hate its collbrtns with some rappers and too many remixes.. i liked hybrid theory and meteora.

Self styled authority on Rock music?
You seem to be the real head banging poser who stand in front of the speakers in a concert and not care about what is being played etc.

Linkin Park, to you, is rock, but not the other similar bands?

i had just asked a poll on LP songs.. dint tell u its rock or metal.. this is a music forum.. not rock.. dude u need to sort your prefs..:-). grow up..

I dont sort my preferences.

And I NEVER like a song or a band just because it belongs to a GENRE (which is also labelled usually by purist pricks)

i dont remotely know any word that limp bizkit ever said, so checked it out. A realistic assumption could be that you were a mallcore version of what happens in the poetry forum.

Now, to less commercial things, Is gordian knot rock/metal? I'd say theyre fusion.

(yes, i can brand a band and still worship it)
 
it was limp's "my generation".. and gordian knot's been referred as Art rock in some websites.. i felt a more like fusion and traces of metal..
