Here's another one from me....i know it's no "Eternal Summer" but i'm just a rookie.....gimmie a break.....

Lost Love

You were the one she dreamed of always.
The one that offered her only happiness.
Your face is burned into her memories.
A smile that lives beyond a lifetime.
Every time you spoke a word,
Her heart skipped a beat.
Every time you gave a glance,
She seemed to forget just how to breathe.
But the foolish girl couldn’t tell you that.
Her heart was in chains when you were near,
It couldn’t break the shackles that kept it restrained,
It couldn’t penetrate her uncertain fears.
But when she understood what might have been,
Your smile was all that remained. ​

hey ... some relly impressive stuff .... here's my contribution .... a little silly ... i wrote it in class 9 ..... but it still means a lot to me ....


Everyone has a dream to build on,
everyone has a reason to live on
when hard times come around,
what makes you go on,
is the hope to turn right ,
all that went wrong .
when you're low in your spirits,
and the pain has lost all it's limits
you feel like giving up trying
and all you think of is dying
but you still go on
and you get this strength to go on,
beacuse there is always hope
to turn right all that went wrong
and so you travel on and on
even when all is lost and gone,
and continue your journey even if the end is nowhere in sight
because there is still hope deep inside
that everything that ever went wrong
will someday.....turn right.

Keep the faith people ...

Here's one of my fav... I dn't know who wrote this... i found it somewhere and saved it and its been with me almost forever now...

Regret

yea nice job essi....i can't seem to write stuff unless they sound like actual short sories or simething.....i've been trying to do stuff like yours but they aren't turning out quite right.....i'll eventually get how to do it tho...

 

@ sonali... keep on trying... rome wasn't built in a day.

@ tejas... well... i wont argue about it, but I have had some expert opinion (a creative writing expert in singapore) on most of my writings so I know which is good and which are not... i'll post some of my better ones later...
