Well.. I've got a nylon stirnged Yamaha.. (I know pretty wimpy but hey, i gotta start somewhere) and I've been wondering about picks.. cuz some people say you shouldn't use a pick on nylon strings cuz its too much pressure n others say you can use picks on any guitar.. what say y'all?

Depends on what you play. for fingerstyle, use fingers(duh) and for others the Dulop Ultex.

I dont think there are any issues with plectrums, coz I have seen ppl using stainless steel plectrums also (stainless steel is harder than even your nickel steel strings).

However, remember: if your plectrum is made of harder material than your string, it will lead to wearing out of teh string.

I think there are nylon plectrums also available. Surely those shouldn't cause any trouble with teh nylon strings.

Are you serios that u use stainless steel picks. If u aren't joking then tell me the material form which ur guitar strings are made. I guess diamond.
