Photoshop tutorials

Was a little interested in making something in Photoshop.
Does anyone here know of any good sites from which i can get tutorials on effects and all ??

i basically need to know from where do i learn to do that stuff..like getting all those lighting/text effects kinda stuff

 

You can apply layer styles to ur text layer. Some layer styles are already there with photoshop while you can download more layer styles for more effects. There are some good styles that are downloadable from the Adobe's website. You just need to register & that is free.

 

If you want i can give you the photoshop CS2 for dummies e-book.

 

i think i uploaded two e books on photoshopping a few months ago
