    hi zing ...
i have recently got a custom les paul from albertos ... check my post for the pics and specs ... overall a very nice guitar ... good value for money ... the finishing is OK ... nothing great .. but the tone/intonation/playability is great ...

Hi...although I've been through many guitars over the last 18 years - I did have one built by Peter's son - John. It was a copy of an Ibanez RG with shark-tooth inlays. It was awesome and compared to the best RGs at that time - am talking 1990!

I am however unsure if they still make great guitars...although the wait time in 1990 was like 6 months - dunno if that's changed.

Maybe someone with more recent experience maybe able to help you!

Albertos is good, faster but a bit more expensive.
