Hmmm well the poll has not much to so with Ozzy ...
other than th efact taht it is about the guitarists who played along with him ...

Personally i believe that he has teamed up with among the best guitarists available at his time ... and that might be an aspect of his success (other than his weird voice and crazy on-stage and off-stage antics) ...

So chose your pick ... which guitarist has been most phenomenal to Ozz's success ...

my choice goes to Randy ... coz with him Ozz made his first album ... with Toni it was Black Sabbath ...
but Blizzard of Ozz made his name really popular ... made possible due to Randy ...

My vote is for Tony Iommi, his riffs and solos are very inspiring to me, much more than the others. Black Sabbath own.period.

I voted for Tony Iommy because that was a Genre defining stuff. But with Ozzy I never liked Zakk Wylde. My favourite has always been Jake E Lee. Hear to his work in Bark At The Moon. Randy is cool too but I prefer Jake E Lee. Zakk Wylde is some over hyped stuff,

ppl the question was not who was the best guitarist ... or of that sort ...

it was ... who was most significant for Ozzy ...

I don't get how 3 people said they voted for Jake, but only my vote seems present.

and thats why i voted for tommi!
think of randy and all that comes to mind is crazy train ...
think of tommi and you get the image of his black gothic gutiar with sterling silver cross inlays..half lit stage and ozzy singin in his drunken voice ... cool cool cool ..i think tommi was very significant for blacksabbath and for ozzy obviously ...
i agree that not many people think like that but still for me..it was tommi

btw it aint toni ... its tomi iommi :)

for example ..whn i was a noob i was told the lowE string is called e-minor .. and it has stuck in ma mind .. whenever i go to music shop to get replacement strings i always go .. can i have half a dozen e-minor strings please ... and the i always get a smile .."and what would that be ...sir?" ...
just for that matter .. otherwise .. call him what ever . it doesnt matter ma man ..
