Output Transformer For Tube Amp

I personally prefer the sound of solid state distortion like Randall
it sounds hard and "grindy" and really mean.

Tube - well it sounds too lame and soft and boxy ... almost like a fat overweight lady

 

Thats exactly why its tough to make.

 

Hey Ronnie- Why dont you approach bobby for all the components. give him the specifications and he will do the running around.

 

I am not sure if he will like it. I had this idea. His bread and butter is making and selling guitars and amps. He shouldn't feel that I am coming as a competition. 'Cos I am not. I am just doing it for myself for fun.
