Hey Dhim, SORRY I cudnt reply earlier for reasons,entirely professional ........am working for money, Pal. Harmonica, I learnt just by my self and have been playing since age 10 or lower i think ...again not professionaLLY. I hold it simply with left hand making a "U" and fitting it and the right hand is for flapping , keeping the Lower notes on the left and the higher notes on the right. Blow out or back in , directly from your lungs and the do the works later using ur tongue,flapping etc. Start by playing a simple song graduating to diffcult ones. start by "oh when the saints go marching in....." OR "Jana Gana Mana Adhi Nayak ..." OR " Happy Birthday to you .... Enjoy ur self
i like voilon d most after guitar- dnt knw how to ply tht - but sounds cool2- wana learn that - does anyone knw the site for that as well- to learn.
i can sample anything and play it back so I like all isntruments, and anything is that produces sound is a potential musical instrument
So DUDE!!! i love the sound of violen but i don't play it...i play guitar only but inshallah i will learn it...
I love the violin.. L Shankar on shakti just blows me away! I wish I could play it some day I tried it just once and it sounded like a donkey suffering from a severe stroke of herpes.. I haven't tried it since.. it is one istrument where you need to know what you are doing, otherwise it sounds horrible!
Other than the guitar, I play keyboard, a little bit of tabla, a ittle lesser bit of violin, exploits on the flute, mouthorgan, mandolin are not worth mentioning
