I believe the Aces High cover was released on a compilation called 'A Tribute To The Beast'. I do not think it was ever released by a major record label. And by the way I want to clarify one thing. Children Of Bodom NEVER covered The Final Countdown The Final Countdown cover that is floating around on the Internet is wrongly labelled as a release by Children Of Bodom. That song was covered by a band called Norther who sound very similar to Children Of Bodom. You might want to check them out.
