noticed a change

Hi forum moderators,I guess you could solve out my problem..Its nothing much apart from the little trouble that i cant rep any one or i cant say its a bad post or not...why i am facing this little problem i dont know..so could you please kindly guide me..

Some features may have been disabled by administration as the website is being upgraded as you can see its look has also changed. So IGT would be back with all the missing things along with a new or the previous skin/look in sometime say a week or two.
Im myself discovering new things check the other thread made in this forum by spY_game
