hey there..everyone whose just picked up the guitar.. basically this post is to wish all the newbies best of luck and to encourage everyone whose picked up the guitar to build their patience more than anything. been browsing thru the site and saw loads of ppl asking for ''tabs'' and not chords.and even though i'm not old or havent played the guitar for that long it reminded me of when i picked up the guitar. when playing songs one songs can be played in a variety of ways..it doesnt HAVE to be exactly the way the orignal song was sung or played..it can be different..eg: dil dil pakistan..loads of remixes and mizraabs versions as well..tehy made they're own solos and stuff too...maybe what i'm trying to get at is..keep the creative juices flowing and dont let the craze of playing orignal cover songs stunt your growth as a guitarist. oh and learn all your thoery and scales..otherwise u're useless :shock: :rockon:
