Ga3 - E , Ma1 - F, Pa - G, Da2 - A .. transpose to major third? dont know what you meant by GM is one!!!
Transpose means u change the root note by some steps and as a result all notes get adjusted by the same number of steps. If this was a transpose, Ga Ma (E F) cannot become Pa Da (G A) since E F are one semitone apart and G A are two semitones apart. G3 M1 would be PD1 not PD2.
