    There she was
    crumpled up paper
    tangled wires
    her emotions had left her

    No one with her
    no one to comfort her
    no one to watch her
    no one to say
    'I'm there for you'

    Her life now empty
    so much from so little
    she needed someone to help her
    yet no one would

    No one with her
    no one to comfort her
    no one to watch her
    no one to say
    'I'm there for you'

    Her empty heart
    no sound around her
    Left alone in a corner
    so dark and dull

    No one with her
    no one to comfort her
    no one to watch her
    no one to say
    'I'm there for you'
