Guess it's make-over time for IGT. She's been the same for years now. We do plan to come up with a newer theme, which is essential since we also plan to upgrade ourselves, but then again we have decided to keep the look and feel - clean and simple. Nothing jazzy or shiny. What do you folks say ?
wooooo m so excited abt the new look..........I have some suggestions (not personal at all)...plz read out : 1) keeping the logo same....u can change the font of 'IndianGuitarTabs.com' and the layout color...keep a sober color 2) make member profile a lot more easier and simpler 3) Attachment size should be a bit larger 4) instead of 'user cp' (sounds uncool), u can show the username which will be placed on the top right corner of the screen followed by the log out option...like : logged in as: harmonizer | log out 5) rock n metal fever is on top if u check recent forums....so plz provide us some more helpful sticky threads for these genres and a guideline to be a prof or for a pro.. enough 4 now
@Rickky - will work on that. Since we have a major upgrade planned, we'll surely look into it once that's done.
Why is is that suddenly from the dark blue look I am staring at the light blue look? Is that the change in theme?

come on man! vga cameras r out of fashion.....a good size will provide a better view specially to pics EDIT: assuming that u r upgrading ur servers too
@Harmonizer - Not sure what the reasons were behind limitations, actually not sure about the current limitations, but will look into that. And for now, no upgrades on servers. May be if we decided on server upgrade, then shall keep in mind.
ONe more good suggestion i have i think.... IGT smilies are pretty good but most of the smilies that r used everywhere dont work here... i'm listing some worldwide popular smiley codes...lets see how many of them work here.. = smile = sad = wink = laugh = tongue = agner :* = kiss <3 = heart :| = speechless :'( = cry :O = strange 8) = smart =)) = rofl \m/ = rock ok thats enough i guess u can also add some smiles of music symbol, some instruments etc cheers to new look
@harmonizer - I liked your suggestions. Smiley packages will be looked into, and also music related will be pulled in if available.
@Morbid and Alpha - we turned off second theme option for everyone, as we wanted to maintain uniformity. The second theme was a shade darker. This was done a couple of days ago, if you are noticing the changes recently, then guess your cookies were cleared now and hence the change. Hope that clears the confusion.
As you have cleared it now, the other theme (which was faster) has now been disabled. This is what I see NOW: This is the same as the IGT default theme. The advantage with the dark blue theme was that it was faster as well as the font size were more suitable for not so young hawk-eyed ppl like me.
Yes that's the theme we have now. We will be changing to another one soon.. Ok, the slow loading can be for couple of reasons: 1> new adverts we are trying, may be causing load time 2> Badly optimizied theme.. Both will be looked into. Thanks for the feedback.
