Heyyyy guys i recently got a Greg Bennett AV3....I love the clean sound but the distortion is a bit lacking (though still pretty good)...i want a more metallic sound on my treble pick up....something that will suit maiden or metallica and give a me a nice crunchy distortion....Should i change my pickups? or will a distortion pedal suffice for the time being? either way could you also suggest some good pick ups or pedals...I have zeroed in on the boss mt 2 distortion pedal....Any opinion or suggesstion will be highly appreciated...Thanks!!
for those who find it tedious to reply i have set up a poll!! :p...Cheers!!

    Distortion pedal, by all means.

You don't run your setup through a Mesa or Diezel, am sure ...

    AMT metallizer pedal.
Got pretty thick metal tone - similar to a marshall driven by a TS-9

I am in Pune, by the way.

New Metallizer costs about 6.5K I guess.
