need strikethrough tag ..

i have been using this tag ()on other boards for a long time and most of the clever blogs use them as well (engadget etc.) but i dont get that over here .. zoom can you please add this function to IGT?

 

Whats the prupose of this tag?

 

I think its like the strike out. A line passes throught the text.

 

its like ... when you part agree with someone .. you strikeout the bits you dont agree but qoute the rest with a customary +1 ..
or if you are feeling a bit funny .. you can pass remarks using this tag .. like engadget people often go:

apples is currently <s>dictating</s> (<this bit gets strikethrough) cleverly managing mp3 market ..

so like you make a clever remark ..strike it through .. and follow up with a more subtle expression .. .. damn its hard to put in words . .see some of the old stuff at engadget .
