I was thinking about either the x11 or the X16 anarchy series https://www.bajaao.com/washburn-anarchy-series-x16-electric-guitar-p-3833.html?manufacturers_id=61 https://www.bajaao.com/washburn-x11...neck-24-frets-p-3825.html?manufacturers_id=61 How good are they for playing leads...
Washburns are a great pick for anyone. Im glad you've picked it.. they've got excellent voice contour control..easier/finer tuning possibilities..theres an easier access to play the higher frets.. especially when you got the stubby fingers and shorter arms ..basically the washburn quality is unbeatable... i think it'll do a damn fine job for you..lead or not. naturally, i want you to get the anarchy series
Dunno how good the trem on the X11 is (is there one?) But the X16 will be pretty decent. Washburn makes good guitars for their price (unfortunately in India this does tend to be expensive)
im not considering the n series cause its only 21 frets.... Would a tune-o-matic bridge affect palm muting in anyway..
Yeah. It would prevent the pitch from changing when you rest your palm on the bridge, which happens in some floating trems.
he newer versions of the x series esp the lower end ones the brdge is not so great gives alot of discomfort when playing if ur used to a nicer bridge...but depends wht ur used to the older bridges were much better, even tho they didn hav a floyd rose u can still get some....the newer ones only allow u to push down no pulling up
