Simply use a nice sticker man... it will also prevent this from happening again as your pinky finger will be on the sticker all the time.

since you're not a pro repairman (otherwise u won't be asking this), don't do anything...chances are you'll make it worse... so either leave it, and in some time it'll look even more used (this is kinda fashionable now), or take it to somebody who can repaint the whole guitar...if u know someone already proven in that...
still i suggest option 1
