Hi all, I am planning to buy a Ibenez Electric Guitar soon, can anyone advise me to How & where to buy. My budget is around Rs.15000/-
What types of music do you want to play? What amplifier do you have? (Or is this your first electric guitar?) Why specifically Ibanez?
Well i have a GRG150 and its a good guitar, but it has tuning issues. https://www.bajaao.com/ibanez-2007-grg121-electric-guitar-p-4762.html That's a fixed bridge version of the same guitar (without a middle pickup). It will be much more stable in tuning than any trem style guitar in that range, and later you can get a nice set of locking tuners and install them. Otherwise, you can try the 170DX and take your chances with the tuning. It has better pickups than the 150 or 121. I'd suggest you go with the GRG121.(You can always change pickups later.) Also, look around in music stores in Chennai and see if you can bargain a slightly higher end Ibanez down to your price range.
