neck tapping solo?? .. u mean simple tapping runs/licks?? there are loads ... have a look at vai, satriani, halen, vaughan, malmsteen, petrucci tabs and you will plenty ..

aah ... if its the usual tapping .. then what you do is play hammer on and pulloffs with your left hand .. and use your right picking hand .. not to pick .. but to do hammer ons and pull offs as well so basically when doin tapping .. both your hands are doing hammer on and pulloffs .. it can be 3 finger tappin .. 4, 5, 6 ... even seen one guy do 8 finger tappings ...
