    Bad Grounding??

What does tat mean?? Problem with Guitar or Amplifier??

one more problem that i noticed is when i put the knob on Classsical and Brit Combo positions(Problematic modes) the output is extremely loud whereas for other modes the output is very low(i hav to actually increase the Gain to get the volume....its that low but its clean without any unwanted sound)......
Its the Amp or the Guitar Pickups...since my Guitar is a second hand...m really worried about it now....

The unwanted sound on the Problematic modes goes away by even the slightest touch over any of the Guitar part(Button, Bridge, Strings)...It seems as if i generate static electricity to combat that unwanted sound....The sound is like Oooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...goes on and on and on

Check the shielding and grounding on your guitar first.

i just now opened up the Back side cover plates of the guitars under the bridge and below the tone and pickup selector..
i just cleaned the dust particles over it. didnt know the wiring stuff inside..so didnt touch it at all.

simply checked for any shorts over there.. but everything
    seemed right........

Wht to do? Whats the proper way to check it?

Are you comfortable with electronics? If not, take it to a tech.

Hey the Problem seems to be in the Amp.....I didnt connect my Guitar and simply started the Amp....And it gave that Ooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmm...sound on those 2 Modes.........Thank god the problem is not with the Guitar..

Are such Amps supposed to be Changed....Should i ask for a replacement ???
