    Hey Umangu, great to see the Tirangi and the strat.
    Great work there. Me too a Luthier from Mumbai and doing it part-time coz have a job to keep too. U can see my pics on Orkut. Search For Luthier and find me there........Keep up the good work.

    Hey Audi man, thanks for your comments. Great to know of a luthier in India too. I wanted to make a guitar even while I was in India, and I know how hard it must have been for you. I found it impossible to find any raw materials, let along the specialised tools for fretting and setup.

    The intruments you've made look really good, especially the violin. You must tell me how you got started and where you get the woods, parts and tools.

    I do it part time too. Still a student, so it's a very expensive hobby...

    nice work > i would't want to play on a box shaped guitar, but the pick ups, the bridge , the tremolo are neat, i like wt u've done with the fret board>>
    and for the second one, did you carve the whole thing out, or did u just plain assemble the whole thing???
