    THE Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha Ni Sa of a minor scale can be in 3 forms.
    Natural, Melodic & Harmonic (Refer to any website for theory on this)

    Though in all the 3 forms the 3rd note is always flattened
    There are some notes in the scale which go flat or sharp depending on the 3 variations of the minor scale. For your question, lets take this song, which is in Cm

    Here the note in question is the 7th note. (The Ni)
    What the composer has done is use BOTH forms of the Ni in this song
    (the harmonic progression) which means in the Scale of Cm, there is the B note forming the Ni once and in some cases its the Bb note.

    So when its the Bb note, its the Bb chord of the Gm chord,
    and the B note, its the G chord :)

    If the notes in harmony form :
    - Bb with F --> u play Bb major
    - Bb with G --> u play G minor
    - B with G ----> u play G major

    If you're a bit confused, I would suggest that you go step by step in understanding chord theory.

    First understand a MAJOR scale, and work on how a song in a MAJOR key has certain STANDARD chords. Like in a C scale, if you get the G, F, Am, Dm chords - this is STANDARD progression

    Then in a major scale there are some non standard chords - like
    few songs in C major will have the D major, or Eb major.
    These are NON STANDARD.

    Then go to understand minor scales and its forms.

    There is no end believe me, we are all still learning :)
