a dark poem from me...i extended the poem after first 4 lines..had read them somewhere so cant say they r mine...but the rest r...... Darkest Hours of Night In the darkest hours of the night As I lay with you and hold you tight The soft sound of your heart-beat is soothing to hear And with you here beside me, I have nothing to fear. There was a time in my life nothing mattered anymore And I wondered what I really even had to live for But now, as I watch you sleep peacefully next to me In the darkest night I can plainly see. I was given a heart full of love to share Passion and love to truly care. It was a matter of the right person entering my life, To live and love together as husband and wife.
