MXR Dunlop Pedals Arrive In India.

They have both, a EVH phaser and an EVH flanger. EVH phaser is just a Phase 90 with eddie's paintjob and the same with the EVH flanger (MXr flanger). Both are actually same sounding as the stock models but they have a script switch which when engaged changes the settings to the “Unchained” sound for the Flanger and Aint talking bout love kinda sound for the phase. Actually the EVH 90 features the Script switch that lets you toggle between a vintage, “Script Logo” phase tone and a more modern, in-your-face “Block Logo” phase.
I'm actually interested more in the looks rather than the peadl itself. Both have great history and lot of good reviews so if it turns out to be crap atleast i'll be able to say "hey.....it's still the coolest looking flanger/phaser around"

 

Thats what I thought just a modded phaser.. But yes they are nice

Which pedal by MXr is renooned worldwide?

 

It should be MXR 104 Distortion Plus or MXR Stereo Chorus both made popular by Randy Rhoads.

 

But Randy used his dist box as signal booster into Marshall stack.

 

The phase 90 is famous too. EVH made that effect really popular.

 

Most of them do that way...

 

Then why the heck they sell it as MXR Distortion +?

 

It's a wrong name. It's not a distortion pedal at all..

Last I checked they dont stock Washburns. Which Ibanz models? The RG370 was 23k. Donno about Zoom.
